Where are the store locations in Canada? Office Depot has closed all physical locations throughout Canada and is now operating as an online retailer. With these changes we are able to bring you everyday low prices and reach a wider area of the Country.

Which Provinces do you deliver to? We currently deliver to most zip codes within Ontario, Manitoba, Sasketchewan, Alberta & British Colombia.

Where are the Office Depot Brand products? As part of our redesign, our inventory has changed and we are currently unable to provide you with our Office Depot Brand products. We do, however, have a broad assortment of competitively priced products available in our online store.

When can I expect my backordered items? Backordered items will usually arrive within 1 to 3 weeks, but in some cases may arrive even sooner. If at any time during your backorder period you no longer wish to wait for the item, please contact us and request for it to be cancelled.

I have placed a return, when can I expect my credit? Once your merchandise has been received back at our warehouse, you can expect credit within 21 business days.

I want to cancel one or all items on my order. If your order has not yet shipped you may cancel items by clicking on the cancel item link in order history, located in the My Account section of the site. If this option is not available, your order has shipped and you may place a return upon receipt.

My order has shipped but I wish to cancel. Do NOT refuse the order upon delivery, this could greatly delay the crediting process or could result in the package being held at the courier. Please receive the package and create a proper return to ensure that credit is issued in a timely manner.

Where can I find a copy of my invoice? In the My Account section, you can find your order in order history and click the view receipt link next to the order number. The pop up will allow you to view or print your invoice.
